What is a Utility Optimization and Audit?
Logical Solutions Group is in the business of NO COST, COST REDUCTION. We focus on a company’s utilities spend and have a proven process of rate reduction that targets current usage, tax’s tariffs and locates errors in billing. We focus on Energy and Telecommunications cost reduction. We are a shared saving program so we only bill for realized savings. Our typical rate reduction savings range is 25% to 60% in spend reduction.
How long does your process take?
There are several factors in this, but the main factor is do you have all your billing in one location? We will require one month of bills for us to do our work, but we will need to have access to this data. Once all data is gathered, the entire process is about 30 to 90 days, start to finish.
Are there up front costs or hidden costs?
There are no charges of fees. We don’t charge for travel or for data collection. This is a shared savings program only.

How long does bill collection take?
We will only need one month of billing to begin our process and if you are receiving your bills to one location the typical bill collection takes only a few hours. We will need a copy of your bills and the contracts you have with your vendors. From there, we can begin our work.
How do you document savings?
LSG will provide you with a clear statement that documents out your original spend and clearly shows your new spend as it shows up on your billing records. We will walk you through our invoices and ensure that all billing and cost reduction that was done is clearly stated.
What if my usage changes or decreases?
All of your cost savings is calculated by the unit of usage and the price per unit, so this is still accurate even if your usage changes. You will receive and invoice based on that usage only.
Why do you need to talk to my vendors?
LSG will become your right arm and begin to contact your current vendors for additional contract information and to further understand your current setup. As we progress in our audit process, we might also want to contact them for changes in contract terms or rate reductions, but we are always friendly and considerate of your vendors and the relationship they have with your company.
Where do savings come from?
Savings are found in many places, but the truth is this is detailed work and we review all your numbers to find out where you are being over charged or any area where you can improve your network or utility usage. We review all contracts to see if we can better the terms. We look at taxes and we look at current rates compared to the rates you have today. We use our years of experience to drill deep into your data and find savings in any way we can.
